For complete details, read the 2022 NCF-Envirothon Ohio Competition Event Guide (right) and then select the registration options below if you are registering as a Student Team Member, Team Advisor/Chaperaon, or Guests.

Registration Rates
¹ Team Registration Fee Deadline is May 15, 2022. Team Registration submitted after May 15th may incur a $150 Late Fee.
² Envirothon programs holding their competitions on or after June 5th have an additional 7 days from the conclusion of their event to compete the individual student team member registrations, advisors/chaperone registrations, team information form, and team certification form.

State, Provincial or Partner Nation Envirothon Program Representatives
To register a team that will represent your state, province or partner nation Envirothon program at the 2022 NCF-Envirothon Ohio Competition, please complete both REQUIRED forms (below) by their corresponding due dates:
- Team Registration Fee - Due by May 15, 2022 ¹
- Team Certification - Due by June 10, 2022 ²
¹ Even if your state, province, or partner nation Envirothon program competition is after the May 15th deadline, the base team registration fee ($1800.00 USD) can be paid to secure a spot at the 2022 NCF-Envirothon Ohio competition. You do NOT need the team member names, etc. in order to pay this registration fee. That information is due at a later date.
² Envirothon programs holding their competitions on or after June 5th have an additional 7 days from the conclusion of their event to compete the team registration/team certification forms.

Team Advisors and/or Chaperones
Each Team Advisor and/or Chaperone must complete the following by June 10, 2022 ²:
- Advisor/Chaperone Registration
- Medical & Insurance Information and Release
Once registered, a Team Advisor from each team must submit a Team Information Form by June 10, 2022 ²:

Advisors/Chaperones, Please Note Before Proceeding:
- If your Envirothon program does not cover the cost of an Advisor/Chaperone Single Room or Guest/Advisor Tours, those fees can be paid for here: 2022 NCF-Envirothon Ohio Competition: Registration Invoice & Payment
- ² Envirothon programs holding their competitions on or after June 5th have an additional 7 days from the conclusion of their event to compete the above forms.
Student Team Members
Each Student Team Members must complete the following by June 10, 2022 ²:

- Medical & Insurance Information and Release
Students, Please Note Before Proceeding:
- If you are under the age of 18, please have a parent or legal guardian present to complete these forms. Their information and signature will be required.
- ² Students from states, provinces or partner nation Envirothon programs that are holding their competitions on or after June 5th have an additional 7 days from the conclusion of their event to compete the above forms.
Guests
Each Guest must complete the following and submit payment by June 10, 2022:
- Guest Registration Form
- Medical & Insurance Information and Release
Guests, Please Note Before Proceeding:
- If you are under the age of 18, please have a parent or legal guardian present to complete these forms. Their information and signature will be required.
- If you would like to pay for more than 1 individual Guest registration at check out (for a spouse, significant other, collegues, etc.), then please use the 2022 NCF-Envirothon Ohio Competition: Registration Invoice & Payment portal. Guest registration selections for up to 4 individuals wishing to attend can be paid for there. (If you would like to pay for more than 4 individuals please contact us directly) Please be advised that each individual Guest is still required to fill out and submit the above forms in order for their registration to be complete.
