2024 Registration

Minor Safety Training - Certification Upload 

All attendees must comply with Hobart and William Smith (HWS) Colleges' Minors on Campus Policy.

This Policy mandates that all adults must do one of the below:

  • Have completed a Minor Safety training within the last year and then submit proof of completion before attending the event.
  • Complete an approved training, such as the Boy Scouts of America Protecting Youth Training and then submit proof of completion before attending the event. (You do not have to be a registered member of the Boy Scouts of America to take Youth Protection training, but you do have to create a login to proceed to the training)

Once completed, you can upload a copy of your certification HERE.

Check to make sure that your Team Advisors/Chaperones have completed this requirement below. NCF staff will be updating the list daily.
WARNING: If proof of training is NOT uploaded by July 12, 2024, your team is in jeopardy of being disqualified.

Completed Team Forms

Each TEAM must submit the following:
  • Student Team Member Registration form - minimum 5 needed (1 per Student Team Member & up to 2 Substitution Candidates)
  • Advisor/Chaperone Registration form - up to 2 total (if team is mixed gender)
  • Student Medical/Insurance Information form - minimum 5 needed (1 per Student Team Member & up to 2 Substitution Candidates)
  • Adult Medical/Insurance Information form - up to 2 total (if team is mixed gender)
  • Team Information Form - 1 per team
  • Team Travel Itinerary - 1 per team
  • Team Certification Form - 1 per team - to be submitted by the state/provincial/partner nation Envirothon program Representative
The spreadsheet below is a tally of submitted TEAM Registration forms and will be updated by staff weekly through the June 1st deadline. Please check periodically to determine which forms your team needs to submit before the deadline.
