ALL registrations (for Students, Advisors/Chaperones, or Guests) are considered INCOMPLETE until payment for any Registration Fees have been received! Failure to submit payment by the set deadlines may result in team disqualification or guest registration cancellation.
Team Advisors/Chaperones - Due by June 5, 2026 2

Each Team Advisors/Chaperone must submit each of the following:
1. Advisor/Chaperone Information form
2. Adult Medical/Insurance form
One Team Advisor should then submit each of the following:

4. Team Travel Itinerary form (only 1 per team)

EACH student team member must complete the following forms (click the icons to the left to go to the forms).
Student* Team Members must submit 2 forms:

2. Medical/Insurance Information: Student Form
* Students, if you are under the age of 18, please have a parent or legal guardian present to complete these forms - their contact information and signature will be required!
Team registration is INCOMPLETE until ALL forms have been submitted! Failure of any student team member to submit each required form by the deadline may result in the TEAM's disqualification!
Guests - Due by June 5, 2026 2

Guests include state, provincial, and partner nation Envirothon program Representatives and any other Adult wishing to attend that is NOT an official team advisor or chaperone!
Per NCF-Envirothon Rules and Regulations, all Guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend the NCF-Envirothon Annual Competition.
Use the 2026 Registration and Payment portal to pay for Guest registration options for an individual or to bundle with other registration fees (helpful for multiple people from the same organization attending).
After payment, each individual Guest is required to fill out and submit both of the follow in order for their registration to be complete: Click the icons to go to the forms!

Guest Registration is considered INCOMPLETE until BOTH forms and payment for Registration Fees have been submitted! Failure to complete by the deadline may result in the Guest being unable to attend.

To be completed by the state, provincial, or partner nation Envirothon program Representative to certify that the team members, including optional substitution candidates, and the team Advisors/Chaperone meet eligibility requirements of NCF-Envirothon Competition Rules and Regulations.

1 Team Registration Fee Deadline is June 1, 2026 for ALL Envirothon programs (even if your state/provincial competition is after this date). Team member names and information are not needed to meet this deadline if your event is after June 1. By submitting this payment you are securing a spot for your "TBD" team to participate in the 2026 NCF-Envirothon Mississippi Competition. Team Registrations submitted after June 1 will incur a $150 USD Late Fee.
2 Students, Team Advisors/Chaperones, and Guests from Maine, Ohio, and Maryland have 7 days from the conclusion of their Envirothon competition to complete all Required Registration Forms:
a. Maine - due on June 9
b. Ohio - due on June 12
d. Maryland - due on June 22
