Registration Payment and Invoice Portal
Click the to go to the Invoice/Payment portal. Add desired registration selections to your chart and complete the checkout process to either receive an Invoice or to instantly pay online!
State, Provincial, and Partner Nation Envirothon Program Representatives - Please note that the Team Registration fee deadline is June 1, 2024 1 .
Please note:
ALL registrations (for Students, Advisors/Chaperones, or Guests) are considered INCOMPLETE until payment for any Registration Fees have been received! Failure to submit payment by the set deadlines may result in team disqualification or guest registration cancellation.
Team Advisors/Chaperones - Due by June 1, 2024 2
EACH team advisor and/or chaperone must complete the following forms (click the icons to the left and below to go to the forms).
Each Team Advisors/Chaperone must submit each of the following:
1. Advisor/Chaperone Information form
2. Medical/Insurance form
One Team Advisor should then submit each of the following:
3. Team Information form (only 1 per team)
4. Team Travel Itinerary form (only 1 per team)
Team registration is INCOMPLETE until ALL forms have been submitted! Failure of any team advisor/chaperone to submit each required form by the deadline may result in the TEAM's disqualification!
Student Team Members - Due by June 1, 2024 2
EACH student team member must complete the following forms (click the icons to the left to go to the forms).
Student* Team Members must submit 2 forms:
1. Team Member Information
2. Medical/Insurance Information: Student Form
* Students, if you are under the age of 18, please have a parent or legal guardian present to complete these forms - their contact information and signature will be required!
Team registration is INCOMPLETE until ALL forms have been submitted! Failure of any student team member to submit each required form by the deadline may result in the TEAM's disqualification!
Guests - Due by June 1, 2024 2
Guests include state, provincial, and partner nation Envirothon program Representatives and any other adults wishing to attend that are NOT an official team advisor or chaperone!
Use the 2024 Registration and Payment portal to pay for Guest registration options for an individual or to bundle with other registration fees (helpful for multiple people from the same organization attending).
After payment, each individual Guest is required to fill out and submit both of the follow in order for their registration to be complete: Click the icons to go to the forms!

Guest Registration is considered INCOMPLETE until BOTH forms and payment for Registration Fees have been submitted! Failure to complete by the deadline may result in the Guest being unable to attend.
Envirothon Program Representatives - Due by June 1, 2024 2
To be completed by the state, provincial, or partner nation Envirothon program Representative to certify that the team members, including optional substitution candidates, and the team Advisors/Chaperone meet eligibility requirements of NCF-Envirothon Competition Rules and Regulations.
Envirothon Program Representatives - Click the icon to the left to see which forms your Teams have submitted! The tally is ONLY for Team forms and does not include any team substitution candidates that may have also submitted forms.
1 Team Registration Fee Deadline is June 1, 2024 for ALL Envirothon programs (even if your state/provincial competition is after this date). Team member names and information are not needed to meet this deadline if your event is after June 1. By submitting this payment you are securing a spot for your "TBD" team to participate in the 2024 NCF-Envirothon New York Competition. Team Registrations submitted after June 1 will incur a $100 Late Fee.
2 Students, Team Advisors/Chaperones, and Guests from Ontario, Maine, Ohio, and Maryland have an additional 7 days from the conclusion of their state Envirothon competition to complete all Required Registration Forms:
a. Ontario - due on June 5
b. Maine - due on June 4
c. Ohio - due on June 12
d. Maryland - due on June 20
